In some cases, the client may request a trial day or a practical assessment to gauge your abilities in a real work environment. This allows both you and the client to assess mutual compatibility before making a final decision. You'll have the opportunity to complete relevant tasks, collaborate with team members, or showcase specific skills.

Welcome to the Team:

If you successfully complete the interview and any additional assessments, we'll extend you a formal offer. You'll receive relevant documentation, be introduced to team members, and provided with any necessary training.
