Warehouse work at Warehousing, Contract Logistics and Distribution

We are looking for people to carry out warehouse tasks in a modern logistics center in Swarzędz, approximately 15 km from Poznań. This is an offer for those who want to work with products of a well-known brand and have the opportunity to earn more thanks to a higher number of hours and bonuses.

Place of assignment

The assignment is carried out in a branded clothing warehouse of a well-known brand. The facility handles online store orders: goods are picked, packed, checked, and prepared for shipment to customers.

Scope of assignment

As part of the assignment, you will be responsible for:

• picking new orders;

• packing goods;

• preparing orders for shipment;

• working with a scanner;

• entering product codes into the computer database;

• checking and counting goods in the warehouse;

• attaching barcodes for shipment;

• keeping order in the assignment area.

The assignment may be carried out in different processes, including picking, packing, preparing goods for shipment, or inventory control.

Estimated rates and bonuses

The estimated monthly settlement is 5000–7500 PLN net, depending on the number of hours, process, and assignment results.

Estimated hourly rates:

• 31.40 PLN gross/hour — if the target is not met;

• 32.40 PLN gross/hour — for meeting the first target;

• 33.40 PLN gross/hour — for meeting the second target;

• 34.40 PLN gross/hour — for meeting the third target.

Possible bonuses:

• for meeting the target;

• for exceeding the target;

• 100 PLN for carrying out the assignment on public holidays;

• 550 PLN for the sale period with 100% attendance;

• 300 PLN after 2 weeks;

• 200 PLN reimbursement of travel costs from Ukraine after 14 days of cooperation;

• 500 PLN after the sale period.

Assignment schedule

The assignment is carried out in 2–3 shifts, depending on the number of orders:

• 6:00–18:00;

• 10:00–22:00;

• 18:00–6:00.

The assignment may be carried out for approximately 8, 10, or 12 hours per day. During sale periods, the number of hours may be higher. On average, this may amount to approximately 180–300 hours per month.
